Buffalo Chicken Baked Potatoes

This post is sponsored by Hidden Valley Ranch, but the content and opinions expressed here are my own.

Buffalo Chicken Baked Potatoes are made from a delicious Buffalo Chicken Dip with cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, red hot sauce, chicken and tasty seasoning from the Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Shaker  all on top of a Russet baked potato.

Dinnertime in my house is and always will be an important factor in our family life. No matter how busy we, I believe in the family dinner. Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Shaker is helping me create a whole bunch of simple, quick and convenient recipes with limited ingredients that all taste great and the whole family loves! I am sharing a complete dinner today for Buffalo Chicken Baked Potatoes made with a classic Buffalo Chicken Dip and sneaking in a fun snack for Ranch Pretzels.

Why I am Loving Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Shaker

Using Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Shaker is so simple! Sprinkle it on your dishes to add more flavor. Perfect for steamed vegetables, in mac ‘n’ cheese, baked chicken and even on top of popcorn. Dinner just got more delicious!

 Buffalo Chicken Dip

Buffalo Chicken Dip is one of our favorite snacks that can be cooked either in a crock-pot or baked in the oven. We like to make a big batch on the weekends to snack on with Ranch Pretzels or tortilla chips. We also love to use this recipe during the weekday inside some big baked potatoes.

  • 8 ounces cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup cheese shredded
  • 3 Tablespoons Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients into slow cooker.

Notes

You can also cook this in the oven on 350 degrees for 20 minutes in a 1 quart baking dish.

Buffalo Chicken Baked Potatoes

Buffalo Chicken Baked Potatoes are easily made with the Buffalo Chicken Dip recipe and by baking up some Russet potatoes. Sprinkle your baked potato with a little salt and pepper, fill with Buffalo Chicken Dip and then top with some Ranch dressing and a sprinkle of shredded cheese. I know your family is going to love this as much as mine!

How do you make the perfect baked potatoes?

A perfect baked potato for me has a salty, crispy skin and is very soft inside.

Wash each potato and pierce with a fork. Then rub with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. I personally like a sea salt or coarse salt on potatoes. You can either wrap them in aluminum foil or for that crispy outside you will just set the potatoes directly on the rack without foil. Cook your baked potatoes in the oven at 350 degrees for at least one hour. They should be nice and soft when squeezed. Open up and top with a little more salt and fresh ground pepper. Now, top with whatever you please like Buffalo Chicken Dip.

I have to find that Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning shaker around here! With BBQ and baked potato season coming up, it’s nice to have something a little different as a potato topping! This would certainly score points at the family BBQ!5 stars
