Grapefruit Raspberry Smoothie is made with bananas, fresh raspberries, honey and grapefruit juice for the perfect morning smoothie that is sweet but with a little bitterness from the grapefruit that is delicious.

I think grapefruit is an acquired taste for many. Grapefruit has a citrus note like an orange but is also very bitter so pairing it with some sweet raspberries in a smoothie is really good! Grapefruit is high in vitamin C giving your immune system a little boost and high in fiber to help you feel full longer. Grapefruit may be a great addition to your diet!

This smoothie also offers nutrients from bananas and raspberries which also have great health benefits.

Raspberries

Raspberries have a high concentration of antioxidants which help protect your cells from damage and may even help fight wrinkles. Vitamin C and fiber are also high.

Bananas

Bananas are rich in potassium which helps in muscle contractions and in regulating water fluid in the body. Potassium may even help you maintain a healthy blood pressure by removing excess sodium.

Grapefruit Raspberry Smoothie

Grapefruit Raspberry Smoothie is really simple to make with just a few ingredients needed. Just toss your ingredients into a blender and let the blender do its job. Drink one in the morning to get you moving and ready for the day.
