Pineapple Salsa
Pineapple Salsa with fresh pineapple, red onion, lime juice, jalapeno, cilantro, tomatoes, and bell peppers. Perfect for tortilla chips or on top of salmon or pork.
I love this salsa. It is so crazy easy to make and the fresh taste is unbelievably delicious. This pineapple salsa pairs best with salty items like chips or pork so get that sweet and salty flavor combo that makes your taste buds do a little happy dance.
Not only is this salsa crazy good and simple but you can make it so fun for a party or get together by making a pineapple bowl! I’m thinking tacos and margaritas on the patio with friends this summer.
For the pineapple bowl, cut your pineapple down the center. Cut around the sides and make slices in the middle. Scoop out the fresh pineapple and use for the salsa while leaving a perfect bowl to dump all your pineapple salsa ingredients into.
With the simple recipes like this pineapple salsa here, there isn’t a whole lot to say about it! Just make sure to buy all fresh ingredients and finely dice the onion and jalapeno. Salt is not in this recipe although, feel free to add a pinch. I find it doesn’t need it though and why add extra sodium when it’s not necessary?
