White Chocolate Hot Cocoa is made with white chocolate chips, whole milk, heavy cream and vanilla extract topped with whipped cream, festive sprinkles and marshmallows.
When the holidays are in full swing and the weather is getting chilly, enjoying some hot chocolate as a family is put on the to-do list! A warm mug of chocolate is just what you need to stay warm and cheerful this season and this recipe only takes minutes to prepare. Now, I just need someone to get a roaring fire going in this fireplace and I think I am set.
White Chocolate Hot Cocoa
White Chocolate Hot Cocoa is so simple to make! I make mine in the slow cooker but you can certainly bring the ingredients to a low simmer in a pot on the stove top to take less time. Think about all the goodies you can add to your hot chocolate that the family will love to add some fun!

- whipped cream
- 5 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 12 ounce white chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- marshmallows
- whipped cream
- sprinkles
- Add the whole milk, heavy cream, chocolate chips and vanilla extract to crock pot.
- Cook on low for 3 hours stirring every once in awhile.
- Serve and top with marshmallows, whipped cream and sprinkles.
- Instead of using a slow cooker, put ingredients into a pot on the stove top and bring to a low simmer while stirring frequently*
