  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1 cup milk
  • Toppings of choice

  • Whisk all ingredients together until you have a smooth, consistent batter.
  • Heat a griddle to 350 degrees.
  • Butter or use a non-stick spray on griddle. Add 1/2 cup batter for each pancake for large pancakes or you can do 1/4 cup for smaller pancakes.
  • Let the pancakes cook until they begin the bubble and then flip and cook thoroughly through. Each side should be slightly browned.
  • Serve with fresh fruit, maple syrup, butter or anything else you like.
